\nThe French horn is a beautiful and divine instrument \u2014 when you know how to play it =)

Piano tuner Rodion is also actively working as a French horn player. After graduating from the Estonian Academy of Theatre and Music (EMTA), he joined the Police and Border Guard Board Orchestra as a member of the horn section (Rodion, Aivo Aasmaa and Marge Jegers<\/strong>). The orchestra\u2019s conductors are Hando P\u00f5ldm\u00e4e<\/strong><\/a> and Arvi Miido<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In addition to his orchestra work, Rodion performs in various ensembles. You can book us for festive as well as solemn occasions. For weddings, ceremonies, and birthdays, the brass quintet Silver Bell<\/a> will play dance music for you. Silver Bell consists of Estonia\u2019s top musicians. This brass quintet is made up of five professional musicians united by a passion for brass music \u2014 so strong that they often want to gather after their main work to enjoy playing together. This small but mobile ensemble, consisting of trumpets, French horn, trombone, and tuba, and when needed also drums, can perform a very wide range of music and essentially becomes a small orchestra that always sounds bright and uplifting.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/p>\n

They perform at cultural and sports events, music festivals, and parades, giving concerts both outdoors and in concert halls, in Tallinn and elsewhere in Estonia. During the season, they give around twenty performances. Their repertoire includes music from the Baroque era to contemporary works, from classical to light music.<\/p>\n

At funerals, a French horn quartet will accompany the farewell ceremony in the chapel, church, or graveside. ERSO horn players: T\u00f5nu K\u00fcnnapas, Kalmer Kiik, Aleksandr Aleksejev, Valdek P\u00f5ld, Mattias Vihmann.<\/p>\n
